How does it work?
Firstly, we will have a chat to find out what your goals are, weaknesses and strengths. Look at your schedule to see how many sessions a week you would like to workout and discuss how many weeks you would like the plan for. From this information, I will work out a one off price which will be very affordable from just £30. Your plan will be emailed to you in PDF format within 5 days (most likely sooner!) and you can then look forward to your sessions knowing exactly what to do! Of course, I won't just be leaving you to it. You can contact me any time if you're unsure about any exercises and I will be checking in to see how your results are coming along.
