4 WEEK HOME WORKOUT GUIDE
Welcome to the home workout guide!
This 4 week guide includes 4 home workouts per week including upper body, lower body, full body and a functional training session! The only equipment you will need is a mat and some dumbbells, the rest is all body weight. I haven't recommended specific weights to use as everyone will be different so please be sensible when choosing your dumbbells and make sure the ones you choose do not hinder your technique.
It's as simple as purchasing the guide below, I will then email you the PDF document which you can then save, print and use whenever you wish. There may be exercise names you are unsure of, please just let me know and I'll assist!
