Fit Peach is a fitness company passionate about music and incorporating fitness, strength and dance into workouts that will leave you feeling uplifted and empowered. They say music is life, it’s why our hearts have beats so mix that with the endorphins from exercise and you have the perfect recipe to disconnect from life’s stresses and enjoy some well deserved ‘me’ time. Fit peach currently offer four sessions in Felpham, West Sussex which have been choreographed by instructor Chelsie to suit all abilities. Check out the class description page to work out which session would be more up your street. We also run a dance workshop every quarter called 'Woman Up Fest' which is 2 hours of pure sass. We break down and learn choreography to a particular artist. All about the girl power and building everyone's confidence whilst having lots of fun! We look forward to meeting you in class soon!
Thank you to the wonderful world of social media, Fit Peach has now grown a wonderful online community of peaches who we also want to help with everything to do with health, fitness and mindset. New in 2020, we are so excited to offer you a variety of peachy projects which will help you reach your personal goals. There are free weekly LIVE HIIT workouts on Chelsie's personal instagram page, the amazing 30 day mindset programme 'The Peachy Life' which is also FREE, specific workout guides 'The Peachy Guide' to help you at the gym and home, 21 day online group challenges if you don't want to do it alone which include nutrition plans, online workouts and cash prizes and even 121 personalised programmes where Chelsie can tailor nutrition and workout packages just for you. So, depending on your budget, goals and how you work best, we really feel like there is something for everyone!
